TRADITION EXTRA BRUT NV by Lelarge-Pugeot, Champagne. An "entry-level stunner" growers' Champage from the Vrigny region, with delicate notes of tangerine, peony, and hints of praline. Biodynamic farming with no fining or filtering. Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay. Aged for 6 months in tank before bottling, then 3 years on the lees in bottle.
